Statistics show that every third person suffers from headaches and migraines at irregular intervals, and every tenth person – regularly. Over 180 (!) physical and mental causes for this are known to medicine. Some examples of things that trigger headaches and migraines are: all types of noise, insufficient lighting, continuous work on data processing
systems, certain foods, excitement and stress.

Frequently, low blood pressure, weather sensitivity, sensory overload from external sources, which the brain is unable to process quickly enough, lack of oxygen, and emotional strain, all the way to depression, are the source of this “civilization disease”. This is compounded by hereditary factors of various types, as well as by hormonal imbalance.

What all forms of headaches and migraines share in common is that a sort of ‘cramp’ occurs in the brain below the so-called “Corpus Callosum” (cerebral trabecula). Pains also occur when the ‘cramped’ state begins to abate and an edema forms. Serotonin, a neurotransmitter (an endogenous chemical for the transportation of information), is also released in greater amounts.

The Headaches/Migraines Color Sound Therapy is not merely suitable for relieving and alleviating pain conditions, but rather for prevention, meaning before a ‘cramp’ is even able to occur. It has been observed that in attacks of migraine, which originally occurred on a daily basis, the regular use of the CD increasingly lengthens the pain-free periods, until the patient finally remains free of pain in the long term.

    Headaches can be caused by a lot of things. Usually it is caused by stress and some eye problems. It can also indicate a more serious underlying cause. ;.:”:

    Headaches can be caused by stress and too much anxiety so always take some time to have a great rest. ‘

    Absolutely! Stress and anxiety are most common causes of headaches especially tension headaches. And no therapy will substitute an adequate amount of rest and sleep. However, sometimes a therapy is needed to make those hours of sleep and rest productive. Esogetic colour sound therapy for headaches/migraines doesn’t add anything new or artificial but just gently ‘reminds’ the body-mind how to relax properly and sleep deeper when you do make time for it.

    It is indeed important to know what predominant type of headache/migraine a person has. Most headaches/migraines are caused by stress, anxiety, pressure at work or home, lack of sleep/relaxation and unresolved inner conflicts. Dietary factors can play a part especially in migraines. Eye problems, nose problems, poor posture as well as noise levels, poor ventilation, discomfort temperature in the room for work/sleep and many other factors could all be reasons for headaches.

    Serious causes are relatively rare but could be potentially very dangerous so it is always advisable to check the reason for headache/migraine with a doctor before considering any complementary therapy.

    Providing there is no underlying organic condition as a reason for headache/migraine and adequate amounts of rest and sleep are taken, Esogetic colour sound therapy might help the body-mind to re-connect with its natural functioning by triggering self-healing mechanisms.

    In cases of background of inner conflicts some sessions of Colourpuncture light therapy can work wonders in a relatively short period of time. We have had very good – and quick – results in our clinic with Colourpuncture light therapy for headaches and migraines, even long-standing.

    Muscle tension can cause headaches and by relaxing muscles, especially in the neck, it is possible to relieve migraine headaches. Once the technique is learned there is no longer any need for the biofeedback equipment. The patient with migraine headaches can now produce the desired effect any time they wish. Sometimes too much salt can cause headaches. And by simply lessening the salt intake headaches can sometimes be prevented. Some migraine headaches are caused by food sensitivities. Certain foods can cause migraines and eliminating these foods can prevent migraine pain. Some common foods that can trigger migraine headaches are cheese, alcohol, monosodium glutamate (a food additive), nuts, beans, caffeine, chocolate, onions and others.;
